Timmins Academic Family Health Team now offers a secure portal for patients to send non-urgent administrative messages to their care team.

You can use the portal to:

• Cancel or confirm an existing appointment. If your appointment is within the next 24 hours, please call your office directly.
• Follow up on a prescription renewal request. Ask whether your request has been received or check the status of a previously submitted request.
• Update your contact or health card information, including your phone number, home address, email address or health card version code.
• Send attachments requested by your primary care provider. Please only send attachments if your provider has asked you to do so.
